That silent and abrupt archway where they met with the guard seems completely unchanged by time. Alone now, Castor marches to the middle of it, and announces himself:

"I am Castor!" So odd to have a voice. And yet, he projects it from the doll's body with perfect confidence, despite not knowing the sound that was going to come out. The doll's mouth doesn't move. "I am here on a quest from the Phantom Bishop herself. I wish to hold audience to receive further instruction." He folds his little doll arms one over the other and waits, solemn and stubborn.

 Castor is Pollux’s Brother-Spirit! He was “born” when Pollux crafted a hammer and put a piece of her soul in it. He was living in her hammer quite comfortably for several years but recently got ejected in a magic experiment. Flew around as a wisp for a little bit, possessed a doll that then had its body broke, and finally become a little dragon. He’s working on getting a new body.

Juntunnen & Simon call him “Wizard” after a translation error. He actually is a draconic sorcerer, but can’t really explain that to them. Right now, the three of them are trying to find their way out of the Shadowfel.

Castor is my Fantasy Life i character!

When the first game came out on 3DS, my cousin & I both got copies. We were inseperable back then. So we decided I'd make a character named Pollux, & she'd make Castor. She kept putting it off & putting it off... to the point where I was actually playing more often with her little brother (whose character name was Sonic, I'm pretty sure).

Years passed, & I got my Master Degree in Education in 2025. To celebrate, my husband got me Fantasy Life i & I played virtually all summer long, grinding & listening to the same OST I listened to back when I was in school. I also streamed quite a lot of Dimension 20 at the time. I knew immediately before I even got the game that I was going to make Castor, since Pollux was waiting so long for him! That was the quickest I've ever gotten through a game's character creation...

Usually, when I play a game with a character creator, I try to make a character unlike anyone I currently have & also wouldn't have dreamed up making, either because they're difficult to draw, or I just haven't thought about. I may or may not have developed that knack from way back when I made Pollux -- I remember turning the sliders down to as short, fat, & dark-skinned as possible, because my teenaged self didn't have any characters like that at all at the time. It was interesting because I was used to playing tall, skinny, light-skinned characters, & all the in-game outfits that looked good on them didn't look the same on Pollux, & vice versa. One day I'll get around to making Pollux's page & move all of this info over to her, lol...

Unfortunately, FLi was a lot more limited in its character creation, so Castor ended up being skinny, but I think the difference between the twins is cute now.
